Marching together – 15,000 voices against human trafficking

Walking route: Verman Park (Barons Merkela street and street crossing) – BaronStreet to the Old Town – Weavers street to street barn – Skunu Street to Dome Square – James Street to the Republic of Latvia Saeima.

The walk will serve to draw public attention for the campaign that The Body Shop and Centre “Marta” campaign – “Stop sex trafficking” – which collected 15 430 signatures and were presented to the Congress’ Human Rights and Public Affairs Commission.

 

Visi savāktie 15 430 paraksti Latvijā ir arī daļa no 7 miljonu parakstu petīcijas, kas tiks iesniegta Apvienoto Nāciju Organizācijai.
